Shipping & delivery

One order, three ways to receive it: Local delivery across Florida, Pickup in Clermont, and Ship to me in the box. Availability varies by item and by location. You choose at checkout, and the price is final before you reach the payment page.

Local delivery

Our own crew, across Florida. Assembled at your home by our crew, or boxed with 5% off the product price if you prefer to assemble it yourself — your choice at checkout. The delivery price is calculated on the driving distance from our Clermont warehouse, not per box: round trips of 60 miles or less are free, with no minimum order; beyond that you pay only the extra miles × $0.85 (a 70-mile round trip costs $8.50). We do not deliver outside Florida. After your order is confirmed, a FastNest Furniture specialist will contact you to schedule your delivery.

Pickup in Clermont

Always free, at 14037 County Rd 455, Clermont, FL 34711. Take it assembled, ready to place in your vehicle, or boxed with 5% off — you assemble it. A specialist contacts you after your order is confirmed to arrange the pickup time.

Ship to me

Selected items can ship in their original protective packaging, by carrier. This is the one format that never arrives assembled: the piece travels boxed and you assemble it at home, with 5% off the product price. Ship to me has its own rate, separate from the local delivery mileage, shown at checkout before you pay. It is released item by item, only after packaging and transit verification with our supplier — if a piece cannot travel safely by carrier, it stays available through Local delivery or Pickup. Products pre-packed in pairs by the manufacturer ship in multiples of two; with Local delivery and Pickup you can buy any quantity, because our own team opens the boxes.

Preparation time

Every product page states its own preparation time. Items stocked in our Clermont warehouse are ready within 24 hours; items that come from our supplier take 5 to 7 business days to reach Clermont before we deliver them, release them for pickup or ship them. When an order mixes both, the longer time counts — it all travels together. Ship to me adds the carrier transit time.

Inspection and damage

Local orders are inspected by our team before leaving the warehouse. Please report visible damage, defects, missing parts or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery or pickup whenever possible, with your order number and photos — for boxed shipments, include photos of the box and of the item.
