Our own crew delivers across Florida, from Clermont, FL (34711). If the round trip to your address is
60 miles or less, local delivery is free; beyond that you pay only the extra miles × $0.85.
Pickup in Clermont is always free, and boxed shipping — released item by item — has its own rate, shown
before you pay. Every product page has a calculator: type your address and the exact value is applied

Do I really not have to assemble anything? +
It depends on how you choose to receive it. On local delivery and on assembled pickup our crew builds
and inspects every piece — the only tool you'll need is the front door. If you pick boxed pickup or
Ship to me, it travels in the original packaging and assembly is on your side, with 5% off the order.
What if it doesn't fit my home? +
Measure before you buy — an assembled piece that has been delivered or picked up and accepted is a
final sale for a change of mind. Boxed items may qualify for a return, always with our
authorization first. Anything damaged, defective or incorrect is a different story: tell us within
48 hours and we sort it out.
When will my order arrive? +
It depends on the piece, and each product page says which one it is. Items stocked in our Clermont warehouse are
ready within 24 hours. Items that come from our supplier take 5 to 7 business days to reach
Clermont before we deliver them or release them for pickup. Either way, a FastNest specialist contacts you
to schedule the delivery or the pickup once the order is confirmed.
